Welcome to the “New Hampshire Manchester Terrier Breeders” page of Local Puppy Breeders! If this is your first time visiting our site, every state page on LPB (that’s shorthand for Local Puppy Breeders) has a complete list of every single local breeder that we have identified in that state. You will be able to find all their current contact information, as well as a link to their website, so you can see what puppies they currently have available for sale. We provide you with all this information so that you can research each breeder individually and find the one that has your perfect puppy available!
The Manchester Terrier is a very different dog to strangers from what they are to their family. To the Manchester's family, they are affection, protective and totally devoted. To a stranger, they are stand-offish, shy and potentially aggressive. These dogs are very slender and can easily be accidentally injured by children, so a family without young children is suggested. The Manchester Terrier does not do well with small animals, cats and often other dogs as well. These are big dogs in a little dog's body which makes them ideal for apartment life as long as their exercise needs are met. These dogs are also known as the Black and Tan Manchester, Black and Tan Terrier, and the English Toy Terrier.
